To make it easier on our guests we have relaxed our reservation and cancellation policy.
Please read our new policy and if you have any questions, just let us know.
We will now hold a reservation until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival without a credit card. If you
need to cancel or change your reservation time or date please call us before 6:00 pm on
original reservation day of arrival. If you do not call us by that time limit, then we may not take
a reservation from you again in the future.
For arrival after 6:00 pm you must guarantee the reservation with a credit card. "Late arrival"
reservations will be held all night. For this type of reservation, you must cancel your
reservation before 6:00 pm on day of arrival or your credit card will be charged. There are
no exceptions. If you call before 6:00 pm to change to a different date instead of canceling a
guaranteed reservation then there is no penalty. Also, if you reserve more than one (1)
room, you may cancel all but one (1) room and there is no charge for the rooms you
canceled provided you call to cancel before 6:00 pm on day of arrival. However, you must
keep and use at least one (1) guaranteed reserved room. Otherwise, you will be charged for
at least one (1) of the reserved room.
Additionally, we will only accept reservations from the same person or under the same name
for a total of three (3) rooms.
Normally we do not accept reservations by email. Please call us to make your reservation
during office hours of 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. (580) 832-3377.
